Refund Policy

Return of products

Code Blooms’ main priority is always your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement or refund for you. Give us a call straight away and we will discuss an exchange or refund. For fresh flowers you must contact us within 24 hours with photos or the product, for gifts that are damaged or faulty you must contact us within 14 days. Our returns will be free of charge if deemed to be our fault.

Incorrect delivery addresses

As the purchaser it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address please let us know as soon as you have further information. We will happily re-deliver this to the correct address in our next courier run, however there may be an additional delivery fee.

Late delivery/Stolen Items

You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and accordingly does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We always take utmost care. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Code Bloom is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product.

Cancellation of orders

We also reserve the right not to provide goods and services. Code Bloom has the right to terminate membership accounts. We also reserve the right to remove or edit content from our website or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.

Should an anonymous order be placed, it will not be accepted by Code Bloom and will be cancelled and refunded.

If you need to make changes to, or cancel an order, please contact Code Bloom immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Should a refund need to be made it will be returned back to the same payment method used for the purchase regardless of requests to refund via another card or method.

Family Run Business

Not withstanding all of the above, please note that we are not a large corporation. As a very small family run business, Code Bloom strives for the best quality outcome for each and every customer. We value all our customers and want to see them return to our shop again and again.
