Simply place an online order at www.codebloom.com.au before 30th June 2018 and go in the draw to win

an amazing package valued at $500.

To be in the draw you must write the codeword in the notes section of the online order.

The codeword is BLOOMS.

 

T&C’s:

  1. Competition codeword must be included in notes section of the online order for a valid entry
  2. Competition starts 16th of June 2018 and ends midnight 30th of June 2018
  3. Prize included is – Urban Rituelle Hamper valued at $150, a Pastel Deluxe Flower bouquet to be picked up from Code Bloom in Mt Hawthorn valued at $150, and a voucher for $200 to Code Bloom (in-store or online)
  4. Winner will be randomly drawn on 2nd July 2018 and annnounced on our website.  Contact will be made via phone or email.
  5. Code Bloom’s decision on winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
